  Went to this office for years until recently. I have to get my thyroid levels checked every three months because I'm hypothyroid. They never called me with my lab results and when I called them; they told me my levels were "out of range". Had some blood work done via a new physician (Dr. Anna Mirksi, Bohemia} and she said my levels are normal and within range. You can't play with a person's health by not calling them about lab results. This practice does NOT care about its patients. They only want the $.

  Rude and incompetent staff. On top of that one of their staff members texted me personally asking if I knew any physicians looking for a job. Are you kidding me?? Go somewhere else.

  1st time and last time going there. Their attitude sucked. The main nurse that greets you at the front desk that gives you the forms to fill out was very nice, along with the assistant nurse. The rest of the nurses had some disrespectful attitudes and were not helpful. They tried to manipulate a copay of 65 out of pocket when my insurance clearly fully covers it under my plan. Ended up going to a different doctor same exact day and my results were night and day. I’ve spoken to others that had bad experiences at this place from years ago before I knew and they all said the same thing. They stopped going there for the same reasons. I try to give places a chance. Not here for me. Good luck if you go to this place.

  Staff has disgusting attitudes. Not courteous. Definitely require more training.
