  My experience at East Hills Jeep was nothing short of fantastic! Everyone, in particular our sales associate Jesse was kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I recently leased Jeep Compass, and while the car got me in the door, the time and attention from Jesse made the sale. my fiance and I were able to test drive the car and ask as many questions as we wanted without stress and we truly enjoyed our time there. I am looking forward to remaining a part of the East Hills Jeep family!

  Overall, the dealership has been great. Very customer service oriented and efficient. I own a 2004 Viper which is my pride and joy. Mike Casey completely gets that and is always friendly, efficient, and professional while being mindful of trying to keep my costs down.

  The entire staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to say hi and make you feel at home. Specifically, Greg Leonardo is the go to guy for any leasing, service, or assistance. He is a wonderful man and does absolutely everything the right way to be of the best help. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car, or simply wants to be treated at the highest standard. I have been going here for over 7 years and have never had anything but a positive experience.

  Uneducated financial managers and sales personnel. Leased a second Jeep but was persuaded to sign on with a different leasing agency a second time around for “cheaper rates”. Ended up getting a bill from Chrysler capital of $400 for a disposition fee. I was never made aware of this charge when trading in my Jeep and signing my second lease with Ally Auto. It’s a sneaky move by the car dealership to get the customers lower rates initially. Now I have a surprise bill and have to pay a non-negotiable disposition fee. Called the dealership and dealt with unprofessional and rude staff who did not care about my complaint.... even if I was a loyal customer. Also, when requesting an official survey about the car dealership I was told that one does not exist. Therefore, I will not be leasing with east hills Jeep again. Also, do not sign on with Chrysler capital for your lease if you do not want to pay a disposition fee. I never had to pay this fee when signing with other companies with previous leases. Overall, one-star experience this time around.

  I was so excited to purchase my Jeep, I couldn’t afford the newest best model, but I was still so excited to get something for newer for me. I purchased a used Jeep, which hadn’t been on the lot very long, it was only 3 years old and just what I was looking for. I went to pick it up, the tires were old and worn down, it was obvious they had traded tires with another vehicle. Instead of giving me new tires they gave me 200 dollars credited back, which we all know can’t cover even one new tire. That should have been my sign to leave WITHOUT the car. The car was also dirty and all they did was wipe it down with a dirty rag to make it look like it had been cleaned. I was still so excited i looked over those little details. I was on my drive home and I realized it had a faint odor of mildew. I thought maybe it was because I had turned the AC on for the first time. The next couple days the smell got worse. I called to complain and they said as long as I didn’t pass the mileage I could return it. However I lived more that 30 minutes away and passed the mileage the day I got the car. I explained that to them and they said there was nothing they could do at this point. I brought it in to be checked under the warranty 2 or 3 times. They couldn’t “figure out” the source of the smell. I changed the cabin filter myself and took their advice of spraying the vents with an entire can of Lysol. This did nothing but make it difficult for me to breathe in my car for a few days. I tried to get rid of that car 3 different occasions within the year, because it was SO unbearable and embarrassing. I was FINALLY able to bury what I owed on that Jeep nto a brand new car only, 1 year and 4 months later. This really sucked because no I’m paying close to 400 a month on a small Hyundai just to bury the balance of Jeep. I was so disappointed in the service and treatment I receive by multiple of their employees. I would NEVER go back there, I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to go there. I will be paying for this mistake for years to come. Instead of helping me out when I called them concerned not even 48 hours later, they just dismissed me and basically said We got our money we don’t care if you’re happy or not.
