  An all around good experience !! No pressure. No hard sell. Great selection and a great car at a great price. My salesman Juan Nadal was courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He taught me how to use most of the electronics in the car since I am somewhat challenged with that. Like I said, an all around good experience.

  Just want to say Mr. Roy Martin was amazing. He helped me to get a great deal on my Chevy Tahoe. He was extremely professional yet treated me like a old friend. East Hills is so blessed to have him on there team. He also was patient didn't rush me and answered all my questions . I actually would like to thank everyone who helped me at East Hills from Mr. Martain , to finance and to the people who stayed late to get me into my new vehicle. Also the service team who also took care of the vehicle quickly. Thanks to Mr.Roy Martin i have my 1st American vehicle and truck

  We've been searching for a car for 4 months, taking our time to narrow down our choices between Ford and Chevrolet. Only thing that was holding us up was finding a dealer we were comfortable with. Finally came to East Hills Chevy and was greeted by Charles Robertson. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he was very personable and courteous. Treated my family very well and provided exceptional service. We left with our new car that same day. Brought the car back days later to add on the additional accessories we purchased, and thus so far have been treated very well by the service department. Loaner vehicles are hard to reserve, yet they accommodated us. We are very happy thus far. Thanks Charles and East Hills Chevy Team. Look forward to future dealings with you.

  When I left with my new car from Joyce my salesperson she told me that this is just the beginning of our relationship. When I needed help getting an appointment with service immediately she stepped up to the plate to help me get an appointment pronto. She kept her word in our relationship. It was a terrific experience! Service was great also.

  We went looking at many different makes and models. My husband and I were on different pages. I wanted a Lexus and he wanted a Chevrolet. We walked into East Hills and Joyce greeted us right away. She was so nice and down to earth. So easy to talk to. She showed us the Tahoe and I was happy to say the 3rd row was too small so I thought we were done. She took me over to look at the Traverse and showed me everything. Needless to say, I am a proud owner of a Traverse thanks to Joyce Gold
