    I've had very unpleasant experience with one of their agents- Li Wong. After making an appointment to see 631 Tenth Ave New Hyde Park, NY we went with my buyer to location. The agent was on time. As he begun showing my buyer asked a few very reasonable questions which made the owner furious. He start manifesting erratic behavior, yelling at agent and making scene which was very unprofessional and dangerous. Needless to say that I, of course, lost my buyer. As an agent myself, I understand how difficult is to find a property to list, but it doesn't mean that we as agents must tolerate homeowners with mental disorders, dangerous conditions. It's a listing brokerage/agent responsibility to provide reasonable, working conditions for other agents/buyers. The company and agent failed to do that. Stay away from above mentioned property. It's not safe!

    Miss Bing Wang found our house self selling advertisement on the newspaper ,and hoped to be the exclusive representative realtor for us,she promised to sell more than our net profit, which is a really attractive point for us. We had our final contract with her on May 25th, on that day, she said she once had a client's house listed for $1.56 million and sold for $1.68 million by her. Moreover, Our trust for her also based on some text messages before contract. For instance, she said she's ambitious to sell near or over the bidding price. Thus, we asked twice for bidding price before signed which she insisted the $1.32 million . However, it is incredible that she took the picture of our house on May 30th but ask us to cut prices largely from $1.32 million to nearly around $1.2 million on June 3rd,within just three days from listing, her excuse through out the text message is the house price around our area from $1.1 million- $1.2 million, and all have advantages. (Meaning that our house has the same price range.)Also in such a short term, we could never possibly see the strong advertising that she promised in the contract. It's so unusual to rapidly cut down the price. We couldn't believe that a professional realtor can estimate the price of a house around $100,000 difference just in three days! What we curious about is why she didn't be honest and tell the real estimate price before we signed the contract? Even though this is not our ideal price! Now our problem is if Bing Wang told us her real estimate price, we would never do contract with her , because our bottom price $1.3 million had been told to her formally by text message before contract and is showing on the contract as well. Now we would not except the big change suddenly after contract! In order to release the misleading contract, me and my daughter went to East coast company to meet Bing Wang's boss George at June 20th. Bing Wang already told George for our meeting and George knew the case before we came. However George did not show any apology on either the miss leading contact or Bing Wang's asking for cutting about $100000 only three days after our house has listed and without fully advertised as promised. George frist words is "Bing Wang is a good girl,she made a lot of money for me!" Then " you must have met 100 agents before ,you should knew the estimate price yoursife before the contract ." Also , "You asking for release,that is because you met other agents behind our company and found buyer already!" "tell me who gave you the release form ,I can sue him for $5000." He instead made lots a unreasonable excuse for her, avoided the key points and tried to find out English oral mistakes from us!act tough and talk soft! For instance .we repeated same words to him that"if your company doesn't give us an answer we will continue make complain and ask help from small claims court. He stood up shouted :"You say sue me is threatening ! " pounding the desk and staring us pointing the door ,yelling" Get out of my office ! you complained Bing Wang is complaining me!Nobody can threat me! " After bluffing us he then said "We may withdraw the contract, means even if the house is sold by others,you still have to pay us the commission !" Despite that, it's been more than half month since then. The East Coast still not give us a clear answer which is discrimination and threaten of Chinese people! What Bing Wang did and said is quite opposite compare with before contract signed on May 25th ! She didn't show any prestige! this is not only hurting the owner's right,but also hurting the realtors who followed the rules!Interrupt the property selling market!
