  Have shopped at this store for years costumes, accessories, make-up! This store is huge and they have a great selection! The latest accessory I purchased was a cowboy hat for this trex!

  Over the top costumes. Excellent help, they go out their way to help with your costume and give great costume ideas. Such a find. Been around 72 years! Go local.

  Always love this place and the people good selection tons of accessories my business has used this store for years to rent costumes plan parties as well as events for my own personal use

  Staff is knowledgeable and I love the selection. You can order just about anything. Great place, would give 5 stars if they carried a little more of a selection

  So beyond disappointed and disgusted with the customer service here. I've always heard nothing but great things about Easley's but never get the chance to go here during the Halloween season. Today I finally get the chance to stop in and it was a terrible experience. At first we were greeted warmly by a young girl with blue hair and helped by a girl named Maria. We each grabbed 5 costumes to try on making that 10 total. We were happy with the costumes we picked and were impressed with the selection but weren't looking to buy right this second, I mean costumes are expensive you need to be sure and happy with what you buy. When we come out of the dressing rooms we begin looking for more costumes when an lady, older, and whom I believe is the owner which makes this worse.... comes and says "hi ladies are we just looking or buying today?" Being that we weren't very sure we said just looking, she then replies with "we'll you've already tried on about 6 costumes yeah? Well you're done no more trying on if you're not making a purchase" in the rudest tone but finishes with "feel free to keep looking" like are you kidding me this is how you expect someone to make a purchase?! I don't think so how freakin rude. We immediately left disgusted by her poor customer service manners. We will most likely never return and be sure to tell our friends and family to keep the word of mouth going.
