  I have gotten spiked precut fruit in multiple occasions, I would not get any of there fruits ever again.

  Overpriced even for NYC standards, but a good go to if you need some nonperishables quickly.

  Used to really love this place for grabbing groceries and other things because it was super convenient, clean, well stocked. We had been going here for 6 years, were super friendly with the other owners (they are still up at subs n' stuff up the street and still nice). Unfortunately in summer 2016 the business changed hands to some new owners and they kept the name. We don't really shop here anymore - the store offerings have gone downhill, the new employees are unhelpful at best, rude at worst. Invest in being friendly with your locals and it will pay off. It's just not really our store anymore, so now I'm happy to go up the block to one of the real grocery stores.
