  My experience with this company was mediocre at best. if I need anything, they refer me to the claims department. the only thing they do is make adjustments to the policy. When they made serious mistakes, they did not try to fix them, they didn't even try to salvage their customer relationship with me. They were just very unhelpful as a whole. Working with them made me realize that having an agent is completely unnecessary. I cancelled the policies I that I had had with them for over 10 years and went to a company where I could set everything up online and skip dealing with an agent. it is my opinion that it's pretty obsolete to even have an agent since mine never lifted a finger to help me with anything. He just sat in his cushy office chair taking my money. I had to get attorneys to handle my claims for me because my agent was so unhelpful with pretty much everything. It was a total waste.
