::One of the owners just emailed my girlfriend and told her to change my google review because it was false. It was not false. One of the partners said one thing and another said something else and they did not help my girlfriend have a pleasant moving experience. They were EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone and would not allow me to get a word in. I want to give them a zero for even emailing us after the fact to change how we felt the move went. IF you don't move often, make sure you say you need it guaranteed on a specific date and not say I need it on a specific date because you will need to pay more.

::This is my second move with Eagle Lines. They sent the same forman that I had on the last move which gave me a level of comfort. Once again everything went smooth and professional. Great company I will use them again in a heartbeat.

::Moved From Fenway to Newton with Eagle Lines Move went great , they had to hoist new appliances for me the week before through the front porch and did it without a hitch.

::The company came on time and came in the expected delivery time frame, but that is about all they did right. Furniture that we had to pay extra to move was damaged, they hired novice movers on the recieving end to unload our cargo, and the movers dropped boxes and furniture out of the truck and down stairs. The insurance "plan" they provide, I have been jumping through hoops for about 1.5 months to even try to get a pay out of. Hand down would only recommend if punctuality is the only reason you would use a moving company. I would much rather go with professionals than craigslist hires the next time around.
