  3 weeks ago, I accidentally discovered a bill I mailed at the Post Office had been stolen and the check with the bill had been changed to a new payee. This check was used to produce several fraudulent checks that were written on my account, resulting in a large loss of funds. I subsequently went to Eagle’s Anaheim branch office to report the incident. Nancy Mugica, member service representative, took my report and immediately started working on the incident. She guided me through the required procedures to fix my account and to recover the lost funds. Overall, it has taken 3 weeks to complete the entire process. Nancy has been invaluable during this time. Not only did she do an awesome job, but she is personable, professional and accomplished everything in a most reasonable time frame. I can’t thank her enough.

The process to purchase my Tesla was already hectic enough however you made the application to obtain an auto loan a breeze. Your attention to detail, great communication skills, and knowledge in your product made the experience even better than I expected. Thank you for also recommending other Eagle CU products that helped me lower my auto loan rate. I'm very impressed with how convenient it is to access my account.
