::Here's the latest on this place by the numbers: 1) When you first walk in there will almost always be a LINE (with an 'oh-so-happy' security guard handing out numbered tickets which the staff at the windows have no interest in seeing) - funny! 2) There are about 15 windows - at most 4 maybe 5 will be staffed 3) The faces behind the 2 inch thick clear Lexan barrier are long and you can tell immediately that they wish you weren't there 4) Do not offer any WRITTEN information - they will refuse to read it - all they want is your vehicle registration(s) and for you to communicate with them through the round portal cut into the Lexan barrier (which is difficult at best due to the ambient noise level in the facility) - you literally have to stick your ear into the cutout to hear what they are saying 5) There's a good chance that if you ask them to do something, they will ignore you - they've basically become 'robots' and just want to plug your vehicle information into the computer and send you on your way - no extras, no conversation, no listening to your concerns. It is a wonder if the barrier is there to protect THEM from customers or the CUSTOMERS from them? I guess having a job and WANTING to do it and HELP the customer is beyond expectations 6) If you're lucky, you can resolve any outstanding issues via the toll-free number (800) 333-TOLL however, it is "hit&miss" as to whether or not you'll get a 'willing' representative or just another robot - the variation in personalities is palpable by phone, as it is at South Avenue Good luck in your EZ Pass adventures - plan ahead and expect to spend at least 30 to 60 minutes once inside the facility. Be careful in the parking lot too - that, in and of itself, is also an adventure in navigation skills (lots of signs, restrictions and speed bumps)! Happy motoring!!

::I’ve never had a problem with the staff, they resolved and disputed my violations. I really can’t complain.

::Horrible customer care. Not only did I spend two hours on line. They had half of the room posted with new people "in training" and had them only focusing on payments. How will they learn to service the people if they do not deal with ALL customers. I am disgusted with this facility and the way they handle customers.
