  An exquisitely beautiful quiet part of Capitol Hill, with each and every house possessing its own individuality, this neighborhood is the fastest growing neighborhood in the U.S. right now. With its charming aire and friendly atmosphere, this place is a guaranteed favorite among its visitors as well as its residents. With four grocery stores less than a half mile in any direction, the lightrail station three minutes away, three major bus routes, ready to take you downtown, right outside your front door and tons of shopping in between, you just can't go wrong, whether you are visiting or even if you plan on staying a while. My suggestion is that you do NOT drive though! Extremely difficult to find parking of any kind...even paid. But once you experience the place and its wonderful charm, you won't want to drive, as you might miss something it has to offer. Enjoy!!
