  Ticket machine didn't work. We had 7 days metro card, but we couldn't get printed the ticket. Bus driver replied to me: "It not my problem" so we couldn't get on the bus. On the way back to our hotel, I found another ticket machine and tried again. This time worked. This system is not smart. They should check the card on the bus instead. Worst customer experience, rude bus driver
