  Alicia, our tour guide, demonstrated the Dyson products and answered every question I had with excellent detail. Highly recommend taking a "tour" before purchasing A Dyson product, as you will most likely learn a few new things.

  I walked in for a repair, and the store manager Amanda went far and beyond to expedite the process of getting a new working product. I will visit the Dyson store for future purchase.

  We walked in and had the BEST customer service experience, the people there are amazing and the products are so cool. Sometimes it’s just worth paying a few dollars more for good quality and service.

  This isn't just your run-of-the-mill appliance store. It's Dyson demo store that you can get your hands on everything they produced and sell. Things like vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, compact upholstery/furniture vacuum, purifier, heater, fan etc. Back area even has a counter for you to sit and experience the hair dryer in action. There's a breakdown and description of every product they make. Service was awesome as workers are knowledgeable and showing proudly of what they do. I'm certain that I'll be back for the purifier at USD $529- with instant savings of USD $120- off.

  Excellent service and super helpful employees. It's a cool store and if you are interested in any dyson products you should check it out. They give you proper demos for all of their products.
