  Staff were helpful, not the best opening hours during the week, close at 5pm making it tough to visit before closing

  Ordered a 6 ft piece an oak sill and they delivered an 8ft piece that was actually a 7ft.They argued with me to pay for the extra 2ft that I didn’t ordered.Never heard of this in my life. Terrible experience. I ended up getting a total refund and will Never go back.

  Really slow service and always out of stock on their in stock molding profiles. Probably always best to call ahead. Not the best of lumberyards by far.

  Went there for a window thinking of having better service than home depot didnt happen the window came late, didn't bring w the window sill adapter, no instructions no predrilled holes for screws all that was before thanksgiving after 100 phone calls and they order the window sill adapter it never arrived 100 calls again every person I talk to was dumber than the one before finally the sill adapter came it didn't fit the window made a sill adapter myself and put it it took from 5 weeks before thanksgiving and finally set the window 1st week of January
