  Bought co2 for a party. They were easy to work with and had a great price for a month rental and gas.

  I wish I could give NO stars. Yes, Dye Carbonic was great at first- delivered tanks on time and with correct invoicing but guess what? Now that the business has closed, we've learned how they really treat their customers. Upon scheduling a pick up (which was a WEEK LONG WINDOW), I was told to pay the final invoice via check so I wrote the pick-up rep a paper check. Then a couple of days later we were charged the same amount on our credit card. When I called to ask what the charge was, I was told that it was an accident since we were on auto-pay and they would mail our check back with our deposit. THEN they cashed our check. Then I emailed and called and called. Finally, I got a call back and guess what? The check was coming in the mail. HAHA! What a lie. I've been emailing and emailing and guess what? Nothing. It's been about 6 weeks... BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY WILL BE A NIGHTMARE AFTER YOUR FIRST DELIVERY! Please, just find another company.

  Never on time, deliver drivers lie about showing up. I go out of my way to be there a delivery and no one shows up. Customer service can be rude. Never had so much trouble trying to pay someone to give me what they are selling. Would not recommend.

  So bad Service. We asked early delivery but they said the Co2 is coming to 3:30 pm but they failed to deliver to us. I need to ask them to delivery again. So So bad.
