  We called Dutchess Overhead Doors about 3 months ago to fix our garage opener. They were polite and quick. Then when we had an issue after the recent storm, we called and they took time to talk us through the way we could remedy the problem without charging us. Great company we would highly recommend.

  Dan Jr. and his sister Kelly went above and beyond to get my garage door plan correct. The situation was different since I planned to have a car lift in the garage. They made it all possible with all of their expertise. They probably made atleast 4 trips out to my house to make sure everything was on point! Thank you Dutchess overhead garage doors!

  What a great experience! Not only Dan take the time and explain all the different options for Garage Doors he also went over the pros and cons of each style and type of door. I should also mention that the doors were delivered two weeks earlier than he stated and he painstakingly went over the staining with the painters and made sure every step was understood and followed. So rare but so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that put the customers wants and needs first. I never write reviews but the experience was so wonderful i couldn't wait to share my experience. Thanks Dan.

  Car damaged railings for garage door on recent Friday night. I called in request for emergency service at 10:00pm. Amazingly Dan from Duchess called me on Saturday at 7:30 AM and had two terrific pro's at my house by 9:30AM Saturday and they had it repaired and fully serviced in 1 hour. In the Fall & Winter busy season they do have week-end crews available.

  Dutchess Overhead Doors installed two garage doors at our home. We had shopped around and the product we selected was quality but reasonably priced. The company gave us excellent ideas about design options. No problems with installation. All's good.
