  Went for a routine cleaning and the service was great and painless. Too bad insurance doesn't cover preventative care.

  After going for a root canal at an endodontist outside this group that takes my insurance, i was told to have a permanent filling put in (in place of the temporary filling which is now still there) by my dentist at County Dental. I was also told by the endodontist (who did my root canal) that he saw decay under the cap. Well the dentist here, whom I like, refused to put in the permanent filling, even after taking an xray & didn't even look for decay, he said he was trusting the word of the endodontist....he also said because he drilled a hole in my cap, I would need a new crown! Told him my insurance doesn't cover it in entirety & can't afford the copay. Now unfortunately after all that root canal & $250 copay later, I have to get this tooth extracted! Smh..VERY disappointed how this dentist handled my situation!!

  Great dental office, friendly staff. I’ve been going to Dr. Scheffer for years now and I trust him. Ashley the hygienist is great too. They are easy to get appointments with, and to talk to on the phone. Everything a dental practice should be.
