  They've got a new policy: If you're car is over the "cut-off line" you have to park, which for the most part I'm good with, except... When it doesn't work EVER. We waited patiently for our turn. 3 other cars behind us were waiting for a spot in line as well. 15 minutes we patiently waited. A pretty young girl drives up, the 2 lines are blocked by the sign. The guy walks over to the car and "wow!" she's in line! That's great! So... Now Dutchbros no longer gets my money! I will save upwards of $200.00 per month!

  April 2018: parked the car, walked over and checked out Dutch Brothers. The staff is very friendly, helpful and cheerful. Really. After consulting with staff I order no sugar added iced coffee with no sugar added Irish cream syrup added. Skim milk added, not the sugar free (chemical and fat instead). $4.25. For a small. With lots of ice. It was it pretty good. Not better than what I make at home for about $4.25 a gallon. Seriously. And the ambience of Thunderbird Road between the lines washing to order . And the possibility of bee attacks .... I think I'll drink my homemade iced coffee - better cheaper coffee with better ambience. Shrug. October 2017: Okay I haven't actually been here. I was shopping in the area about 6:30 on a Sunday evening and thought about going, but the line was long, so I went to Sprouts first. An hour or so later, the line was liked three times as long. WHAT!!!??? So, I went home. I still want to try Dutch Brothers, but I'm so not into lines. Maybe next time.

  I love this place. I'll travel 15 min from my house just to get coffee from here. They are always extremely busy but the staff is always SO friendly, it makes up for the wait. And did I mention the menu is amazing?

  The atmosphere here is always energetic and welcoming. They're usually always busy and you'll have to wait 98 percent of the time, but the drinks are so well made and the level of customer service is explosive. My friend and I are dutch bros converts and we can't stand Starbucks anymore. Especially because the price point is better and your experience and drink will be way way better. Plus you've got opportunities to earn free drinks by filling up your stamp card!! Its fun, delicious, and my go to when I need something to help relieve some stress.

  Great all around! Customer service is top of the line! If there's a problem no matter how small they do what they can to make it right! The drinks taste fresh and great! The prices definitely beat out Starbucks and they offer a free drink every 10th purchase. I 100% recommend this place
