  I just finished coming out of the spa. I called at 6 pm to make a reservation. The lady tells me to arrive at 6:40pm which I do. The massage lady requested for me to pay up front the full one hour massage $35. So I kindly did so. After entering the room I waited for 25 mins for someone to actually come into the room, and let me know they will be with me in 5 minutes. At this point I was fed up with no one even so slightly letting me know when I will actually get worked on so I got up, and got dressed. I requested my money back since nothing was done except wasting my time. I told the ladies next time have the audacity to tell your customers how long your wait will be even after they make a reservation, and waiting another 25 mins there after. I would give this place a negative star if I could. Never again!!

  Horrible experience, worst massage went for 1 hour massage she kept touching timer, both ladies were talking back and forth ,to one another , she stopped to answer phone 3 times , my daughter broke out in hives , They shorted my daughter 10 of her massage;( please don't waste your time or money:(
