  Great company. They have gone above and beyond and out of their way. They even answered my call after hours and sent a guy out to help me. Very friendly.

  Great prices. Their website is misleading. They only do delivery of rental items if you rent more than $150 worth of items, and then it's another $50 for a delivery surcharge. Only rent if you can pick it up yourself.

  My experience with Durants was fabulous! We rented a combo inflatable for our son's birthday. The delivery guys were great and my son loved being able to keep the inflatable all weekend long!! There was a small fee to have the inflatable set up for us but they gave us instructions and we were able to have it up and running in no time! I would highly recommend Durants for any event!

  DO NOT RENT INFLATABLES FROM THEM Rented a Inflatable Bounce House the 13'x13' one. Delivery and pickup were good, but the bounce house smelled like dog poop, horribly. I set it up an hour before people got there and tried to scrub it down with a cleaner, and it helped but no where near enough. Almost no one got in it, and most people wouldn't go within ten feet of the thing everyone was checking the bottoms of their shoes when they showed up, it was very embarrassing and a huge let down to the kids. When I talked to Durants about it they gave me a 50 dollar refund on a 300 dollar order. So I paid 250 so one or two kids could jump for 5 minutes, and have everyone smell dog poop throughout the party. Also while it is very easy to set up the thing is heavy takes more then one person to drag it across the yard since they only drop it on the curb. I can't speak to the rest of their rentals
