I am in a better place because of Mr. Durante’s efforts. Dan Tota represented me in a real estate purchase. Dan and his team were responsive to my questions, and kept me informed during the process. Dan went above and beyond in unravelling a problematic title issue with the seller which allowed me to close in a tight timeframe.
