::They do pressure wash, the sureface cleaner is a pressure washer, with two pressure nozzles attatched to a pressure washer that spin in a circle (though they say in there video it is not) It is not more safe on wood then using a wand, less in a sense because the surface cleaner doesn't go with the wood grain as a wand can, but sideways to it, which can raise grain, though it should work just fine since they sand. Plus the surface cleaner can't be used on rails and edges, which they do with a pressure washing wand. This is a good process they offer, though not new, or as it may seem, that your deck won't need to be restained for 25 years. They do go the extra steps of adding a silicate wood hardner, sanding, and pounding nails that some don't. Lastly another misnomer is them saying using biodegradable cleaners doesn't really mean anything, your house is biodegradable if you wait long enough.
