  Used this place once a week for 9 months while I rented just around the corner. Their service was always on time, they complete rush orders when I requested them, clothing always looked great when I got it back, and they never ruined anything. The cashier was always kind to me and they even kept my makeshift hamper with the order so I didn't have to run it back to the house on my way to work. All I can ask from a dry cleaner.

  I used to use this cleaner as my primary service, but recently they have severely declined in quality. A drycleaner's promise to have something ready by a particular date is very important to the clientele - how else can one be sure one's tux will be ready for an event? This cleaner repeatedly failed on its deadlines, and I've been left scrambling to find fallback options for dressing myself for events. Given the close proximity of alternatives, I would strongly recommend to a prospective customer of this place to just walk half a block towards 17th Street, and find a couple of better, more reliable options.
