  This was the first home renovation I have ever done, and had a lot of questions/needed a lot of hand holding. Dun Rite (John and his amazing team) not only put up with all of my incessant questions, but they were so delightful, helpful, and really knowledgeable on their products. If I liked something, John would let me know if it was within my budget, and found me a comparable replacement in my price point, and did all he could to make sure I got precisely what I wanted and would work within my budget. Even when I changed my tiles (entirely) 3 days before construction, John and his team didn't miss a beat. Every vendor they sent me to was extremely helpful. The whole experience was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I dealt with other contractors before and ultimately did not use them (one I canceled a week before construction) because I was unhappy with their attitude and professionalism. Dun Rite puts all of these other companies to shame. Not only is the quality of their work amazing, every one of their staff was a pleasure to work with. I have recommended Dun Rite to everyone in my building, my social circle, and my colleagues (who also have rave reviews.) I will be using them for all future contracting needs I have.

  I love Dun-Rite. John takes incredible care of his clients & does his best to be available for all your inquiries and anything else as the project moves forward. I found them on Angie's List a year ago and was very pleased with the help they provided us at that time. They became my go to company for everything, including as an emergency contact for my property whenever I am away. I trust John to fairly assess & address anything that could go wrong in my absence. Additionally, as soon as I realized I needed my roof done, as well as a few other things on the property, I contacted him. He takes such good care of me & I feel like I am in good hands. Doing big jobs is stressful enough, that having a competent & caring contractor is a true gift. As many questions as I may have - is never too many for him, never too many calls, he is always gracious & kind as well as professional and will always give you a very good price. I am so thankful I have Dun-Rite to handle all my property needs. I highly recommend them, and I also do so with other neighbors & friends when they are in need of such services. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. :-) I am a happy & loyal Dun-Rite client!
