  It's in the gas station The one worker when I was there was real patient and cooked my food so well. She even crisped the tator tots. God bless her

  Worst customer service ever! I stopped here to get gas & let my three kids get a drink. I politely asked the lady behind the Dunkin’ Donuts counter if I could buy three of their smallest cups. She told me they were a dollar ($1.00) a piece !!! 😂😂😂🤦🏽‍♂️ Like for real!!? On a lighter note the guy at the gas station was extremely nice. 🙏🏽 Buyer beware do not support this Dunkin’ Donuts because this is the type of place that will charge three little kids a dollar per empty cup!

  I have order twice from this store with Door Dash Deliver both times order was either missing items or food items prepared incorrectly. I do not suggest using any kind of deliver service for this Dunkin location . If there was a no star option I would give that

  Very unprofessional, I sent my boyfriend there for a grilled cheese and a caramel craze. The caramel craze is perfectly fine, but the grilled cheese is nothing like what it’s supposed to be, they served him a completely different bread. If they had ran out of the original bread they should’ve let him know they where going to use a different bread. Unsatisfied

  Easy to see right off of Pine Aire Drive servicing Bay Shore and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Staff is ok. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.
