::Terrible customer service, employees just talked to each other in their language the whole time and mumbled when asked simple questions. Poor service, better coffee and service across the street. No management on duty either.

::This is by far the cleanest Dunkin Donuts in the five boroughs the staff is extremely courteous and manner able the entire staff are diligent professional workers they work as a team Rahda and Rosie are the ones that are always willing to show and train the new employees they lead by example and Georgia is an excellent franchise owner she is always friendly and she listens attentively to all her customers it's by far the best Dunkin Donuts in the five boroughs.
