  Very low class management!! I went there to study and I needed to use the bathroom and I went in and somone peed all over the seat. So I went and told them if it’s possible that someone cleans the seat at least! an Indian guy (assuming he’s the owner) came up to me and said “the bathroom is in a great condition if you want to stay you can or if you want to leave you can leave”. Disgusting people. I even took pictures I wish if I could upload them

  My wife & I come here often, this location, being across from Hofstra Univ. does get quite a bit of foot traffic, dinning area is nice by the windows looking out at Hempstead Tpke. My Wife & I will continue to patronize this location!!!

  Everytime I come in in the mornings, the staff is always pleasant and cordial. Coffee? The best.

  Awful manager and workers. I worked at this location for a couple of months. I had my co-worker use his phone and just stand at the cash register while I prepared and served the orders. He kept insulting, pressuring and telling me to hurry up. I messed up the orders while I worked with him. I complained to the manager and I asked the manager to not give me shifts with him or to tell him to fix his attitude toward me. The manager said he will talk to him. Things were the same next day i worked with the guy. After my shift, I told the manager that I quit the job. I said that I couldn't tolerate the co-worker's laziness and false blaming on me. The manager didn't seem to care a bit as he told me he couldn't do anything to help. I wouldn't recommend going to this Dunkin Donuts as a customer or to work there as an employee.
