::The door says they close at 11pm. It's 10:19pm on a Saturday and they are supposedly closed. Worker yelled that they are closed and ignored me afterwards. Good thing I didn't order online, would have lost my money. Totally unprofessional

::Awful Customer Service!!! The worst ever!!! They don't open when they're supposed to (according to hours of operation), barely get your order correct (and when they don't, you get humiliated by the rude staff as if it's your fault), on separate occasions I've been overcharged and was told to grab something else since they can't refund me, and to top it all of I insanely signed up for the DD Perks, today they refused to honor my free drink stating the register wasn't working...keep in mind several customers before me had left with their orders. Terrible staff, simply put! 8/4/17 - I reconsidered ordering a Smoothie online, only to have this jerk refuse my order when I went to pick up, claiming nothing came in. I'm calling Customer Service in the morning!!! I absolutely hate this place!!!
