  I called in an order the night before to be picked up in the am. When I arrived, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to only be told they didn't have my order ready and had no idea about my order. They were very rude and didn't seem to care. Said there was nothing they could do. No apology or some type of concern about the mix up.

  I've had bad experiences at other places, but this was just a waste of time and money. The manager came to take my order, all I wanted was a dirty chai. Obviously she had no idea what it was, and instead of just asking she got extremely rude and rushed me into my decision. I don't understand why people with the worst customer service skills are made into managers. She proceeded to make my drink wrong & overcharge us. I couldn't even get proper help for this because I would have had to speak with her, and she made it very apparent she didn't have the patience to make sure her job was done correctly even though nobody else was in the store at the time. I have heard similar stories about this woman and her attitude. Losing my business may not make a difference, but if you want to avoid losing more something should be done to reprimand her.

  Is very good most of the time, my coffee has always been fresh and usually very hot. Blueberry muffins are amazing but crumble easily. Most of staff is nice , but there's one or two bad apples everywhere.

  Stop by every week day morning and the staff are always very pleasant and courteous, the restrooms and storefront are always very Clean, the service is fast and friendly.I never participate in surveys as a matter of fact this is the first time doing this! I'm only doing it because this store's crew deserves recognition for the great job they do !!!Kudos and two thumbs up for all the crew. 🍩👍👍

  The staff that was there was really nice and I felt badly for them. Not sure what happened but there was a huge line, and an extreme wait. I came to find out that there was only one girl on register and one girl that was the Cook, Working Register, working drive through, and calling out orders???? This obviously made people upset, one guy left out of frustration. Orders were wrong and had to be corrected, but honestly it wasn't the employees fault with only having two people and a lot of business waiting. I don't think there was a manager present which was also question in my mind. Overall when we did get our order it was consistent and good. Staff was nice and the place was nice. Hopefully in the future there is always a manager present and they are fully staffed....
