  Rude service by people who know absolutely nothing about their own products. The woman in front of me came out of the restroom and told the employees how destroyed the bathroom was. One employee stuck her head in the men's room then the women's room and said to the other employee that they were good. The men's room had no toilet paper and had feces on the bowl and seat. The women's room had a clogged toilet and a quarter inch of urine on the floor. Disgusting. But the ceiling decor was pretty.

  I go to many DDs in NY and this has to be the best, or it was because of the 2 women working there today. The egg white omelette muffin was hot, thick, and fluffy. So many others dry it out and the bread is too thin. The macchiato was also perfect and not so bitter and harsh. They were also very fast with the amount of people coming through.

  2 teabags go in an XL tea, otherwise one gets a weak tea. Do they make coffee with half the coffee grounds. Otherwise a good typical dunkin experience

  Love it when i get to the counter and my coffee is already prepared the way i like it by their super friendly staff...i need nothing more to start my day.
