::This is one of the worst DD locations. You can be the only person online and wait 15 min; that's if they remember your order. Sadly even after you get your order it's usually not correct.

::You have salted caramel hot chocolate on your menu and it's clearly written on the dispenser. Why is it that when I ask for it I have to say it 3 times and still get regular hot chocolate with caramel sauce? I should have just walked the extra few blocks to Jamaica Ave where they can at least press the correct button on a machine.
