  Aweful service. Staff needs training in customer service. No fresh lemon only lemon juice for the tea.

  One of the female employee was very rude. I went there to order a large cup of coffee and their $2.00 promotion offer classic breakfast sandwich. When I was ready to pay I notice she charged me more than $2 for the sandwich. I asked the lady why wasn’t it $2.00 as stated in their promotion. She claimed its $2 off not $2. I told her that not what the promotion says and I paid only $2 the day before at another location. She told me no, it’s $2off, not $2 again. So I told her i don’t want to sandwich any more. She yelled at me with a line full of people behind me saying “Why didn’t you ask before you order.”. I was upset but didn’t want to hold up the line. So I can told her forget it, I don’t want the coffee either and walked out. Her behavior is totally unacceptable for customer service.

  Like the comment that Lillian wrote, there’s that one lady manager that works in the mornings and she sucks so BAD! It’s hard to believe she’s even manager, this lady always makes my coffee the wrong way! If I ordered vanilla chai, she will give me hot chocolate, and she made the mistake 3 times already. I also notice she has no respect for the customers either, she huffs and puffs and sucks her teeth if you change your mind and figured you want something else.....my opinion is she should be fired! People like me work very hard for a good cup of coffee early in the morning before work!

  This places sucks! There’s one particular female that doesn’t have no customer matters and she is horrible making the coffee. How hard is it to make a cup of coffee are you serious. And the sad part is I think she’s a Manager, go figure! I prefer to take the distance and head up to 86 Street were you can find some real good Dunkin Donuts coffee!
