  One of the best Dunkins around... usually fast and accurate especially during the morning rush. Regular staff mostly solid and friendly.

  This place is a joke. Sunday afternoon at roughly 12:50 my wife and I go to get a cup of coffee and a donut for our son. The idiot at the drive thru answered in some moronic voice you couldn't understand. As my wife says hello he know sounds like a ass saying welcome to dunkin. My wife than orders and he repeats it again in a immature pink voice. At this point I'm pissed after ordering 2 coffees and him telling us to pull forward without asking if our order was complete which of course was not since we did not order my sons donut. At that point I was so pissed I told my wife to just leave and we would go elsewhere. Still pissed I called and asked to see if there was a manager on staff and of course I was told no. So as far as me a guy that usually orders coffee twice daily I will never waste my money here again. I will be calling and once I talk to a manager if I don't like what they have to say I'll call corporate.

  There was a manager there named Christine, and she was not helpful at all, she was completely rude and unprofessional. I am never coming to this branch again, I'll stick to the Neptune branch on South Road. The manager there always greets you with a smile and is courteous enough to talk to you like a human being. P.S. the branch could use some cleaning

  While I don't think DD coffee and food is that great, I am amazed how polite and fast the workers are at this location and how accurate they are.
