  I just visited the Dunkin outside of security. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and croissant. I had to correct the server at first who thought I said hot coffee. What I got was a weird coffee free caramel milkshake thing and something that was not a criossant. I ordered two menu items with no adds or substitutions and it should not have been that hard .If I had known that I would wait fifteen minutes for a drink that didn't even have caffeine I would have just gone to Starbucks instead because at least they know their own menu

  I stopped by here to get some hot tea and a pastry as a quickie snack. The service was very good and the snack was fattening. I don't regret sneaking in this delicious item so, I won't be sending this particular review to my spouse for her to see. The water was hot enough to enjoy my tea.

  The coffee was not right. I'm a DD coffee rxpert...I know. Staff was not rude, but you got the impression that if they could tell us to flip off, they would. Back to the coffee...I threw it away!

  Liked the hash browns. Some of them are little high salty.

  This place gets worse and worse. At 8 pm, they have five old donuts sitting out because the lazy employees shut everything off early, shut down registers and five crappy donuts with no glazed or anything. Service has just gotten worse here over the last year. Then, can't use cash because they close all the drawers an hour before closing. Whomever is managing here now bviously couldn't care less about their service. A week later 0500 much improved from last week.
