::Worst customer service. I ordered 1/2 dozen doughnuts and asked for 3 glazed, 2 strawberry frosted, and 1 chocolate glazed. They gave me 3 glazed and the rest chocolate glazed. On top of that the man who took my order chucked the box of doughnuts down on the counter.

::This Dunkin Donuts has been here for quite some time. The main feature of this particular location is it to drive through. There is a full Dunkin Donuts food menu as well and you can order breakfast sandwiches as well as other food items other than just donuts and bakery items. One of the best things about this Dunkin Donuts location is that the staff is friendly and efficient. There is hardly ever any waiting on the drive-thru line. If you wish to just sit inside and have a cup of coffee with a donut or a muffin you can do that too. There are about 6 or so maybe more tables. You can see that sometimes the local neighborhood people meet for coffee. You get a good vibe from the place, no one rushes you. I have never had anything but fresh baked goods here. The donuts and the muffins are mostly fresh unless you go later sometimes. This is a great place to drive through when you want a quick bite to eat or just need a pick-me-up with a large iced coffee.

::I ordered online and when I arrived, my order wasn't made. According to the manager, I have to notify them through the drive through microphone that I made my online order and only then do they start to prepare it. This goes against the concept of online ordering. They blamed this on their system so they need to fix the system.
