  Don't go to this location, so dirty and nasty. Bad customer service.

  Went there one morning and someone was at the register and walked away to pick up a broom. S guy in a pony tail comes and takes my order. And it caught my attention that no one wears a hair net. Anyway, the girl sweeping is now going past the donuts with the broom. A regular broom , not a push broom, the donuts weren't covered. And she is sweeping all this dirt into the air which I'm more than sure it got on at least the bottom and second to bottom row of donuts. I receive my coffee. And as soon as it was given to me by the guy in the long hair, he then takes his hair out and shakes it out with his head toward to redo his drooping bun. In the middle of the coffee and donuts . Please get better staff or train them better . Brentwood is already a target for certain knowings. And this is disgusting. One thing we can start with as a community is doing things how they SHOULD BE done! And not however everyone chooses to on their own.train your staff!!
