::Walked up the the front at 6:27am. The door was still locked, they open at 6:00am. Myself and another customer stood outside for 10 minutes before the staff paused there personal conversions to open the door for us. The staff made it clear we were an inconvenience and not a priority. In a word “disappointing”

::DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WITH DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR! I would give this location zero stars if I could! I visited this DD location on Saturday morning with my father. I waited in the Drive thru line for over 30 MINUTES (which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with). While waiting in line, my father (who was in the front Passenger seat) reached over to my Driver's side for something and accidentally hit the steering wheel horn which caused it to beep (It was purely an accident). When we finally pulled up to the Drive Thru window to retrieve our order, I noticed something had flown into my vehicle which was followed by a "Thump" sound. I was shocked and appalled to see that a chocolate glazed munchkin had been thrown into my car from the drive-thru window and, what was even worse, the staff was laughing at what just happened. I pulled into a parking space and went inside the store. I asked who threw the donut and everyone (the staff) was quiet and pretended as though they were unaware as to what just happened. I then proceeded to ask for the Manager and Lydia (who was one of the staff members that was laughing just minutes ago) said that she was the Manager. Lydia was not remorseful at all. In fact, she gave off an attitude as if it was no big deal. What if the munchkin would have hit me in my face?!? It surely came close! If this is how Dunkin Donuts trains their employees to behave and conduct business, I will not give this company another dime. The staff was absolutely rude and unprofessional to say the least. Dunkin Donuts should really do a better job with their hiring process. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for many years and I've NEVER experienced such horrific customer service and treatment as I did on Saturday. I will, definitely, not be returning to this location and I have already told family, friends and neighbors not give this location any business. What a disgrace!
