  Food is ok, typical Dunkin food. But as for staff...that's a whole lot a different story, firstly they rush you to order and while order they are already taking the next customer information then getting the order wrong. After my order was placed, my wait time was close to 10 minutes before someone noticed that I did not get my order. After looking at the receipt they realized my order was switched with someone from the drive thru, so now I had to wait for my actual order to be made. Once my order was complete, I guess they forgot to give it to me...after letting someone know I am still waiting for my order then I got my order. Total wait time 25 minutes for a egg and cheese wrap with hashbrowns. Come on Dunkin, get it to together.

  Decent prices on the coffee but sometimes the milk in the coffee taste weird.

  This Dunkin Donuts is easy to see right off of Old Country Road in Westbury, across from the Source Mall. Nice Staff good location. Clean facilities. Corner store. Parking on the street, but make sure you feed the meters. Usually a line especially in the mornings, but it moves along quickly. No Baskin Robbins attached. We will definitely be going back.

  IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD 10X BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS SO BAD AT THIS LOCATION. AS I WRITE THIS RIGHT NOW THE GUY ATTENDING THE DRIVE THROUGH HE ANSWERS RUDELY AND MIXES UP THE ORDERS AS HE IS TALKS ON THE PHONE. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ASKED FOR A MEDIUM HOT CARAMEL LATTE AND GAVE US A SMALL AND IT WASNT EVEN A LATTE HE GAVES US COFFEE. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT DD AND HIRING THIS WORKER WHO DOESNT DO HIS PART.
