  Sad how both the employee Puneet and the lady manager have no communication skills. I'm advising them that I can not eat that fake Egg on the sandwich. If they can just remove it, just don't put it on there at all. The both of them just kept telling me how they can't do it. Totally never going back to Dunkin Donuts. Now I can finally tell the difference between Dunkin and Starbucks. Thanks Puneet. Never buying from a Dunkin Donuts again.

  The ONLY con to this location is that they are not allowed to serve bagels which I found out after talking to the long-time manager, Harry. The landlords of the strip mall won’t let them because of the bagel place next door. Besides that this staff is super experienced and always puts the customer first. If I ever have an issue they always take care of me.

  Folks were very nice, although manager was in hurry to get us "served" and on our way. I Liked the donouts but the service didn't like.
