  Thought this Dunkin's was decent--a little bit more room than the one closer to me in Eltingville. My food and coffee were okay.

  Worst DD in NY! Would give them 0 stars if I could. All they care about is getting the drive-thru moving (the QUANTITY of customers, not the QUALITY of service/food) .. food is undercooked and they never make the coffee as requested.

  Doesn’t even deserve a half of a star. Nasty nasty workers. Everyone has an attitude. Listen you don’t like your job don’t work. I got the “im the manager” when I asked for one. If I were the manager I would clean house and hire a whole new staff. Never coming here again nor will my family that live around the block. Also tried to take a picture of the nastiest one and she hit my phone out of my hand.

  Came here to work. Free WiFi sign on the door. Asked at the counter & they confirmed. Purchased food. Sat down to work. No internet. Ask again at the counter & now told (by the same person) there is no WiFi or a manager.

  love the drive thru. relatively quick and great that you can get coffee or ice cream without getting out of the car. have five kids so that is a big convenience
