  It is great to finally have a Dunkin Donuts inside the Jersey Gardens Mall. If you're looking to get to it quickly, enter from the main center entrance, to the right of the Cohoes entrance, on the side of the mall facing the hotels (and Ihop). You'll find it straight to your left upon entry. I've never had any service related issues, and there's plenty of seating both inside, and on the outside of the DD within the mall.

  I gave them 3 stores are usually go to the drive-in drive up window and they order the same thing large coffee cream little extra sugar seems that little extra sugar never gets put in the coffee As for everything else I mean you know their breakfast is in the greatest everything is microwaved so what can you expect for that I give them 3 stars

  I ordered half dozen of donuts, she was carrying a dozen box, I corrected. We sat there and started to eat. The donut supposed to be boston cream was with jelly covered with chocolate and I kindly asked to change the ones we haven't touched yet. The girl said she gave them because "I" pointed! The day before was mother's day and thought they shifted to heart shaped ones like the Valentines Day. It might be my mistake but I said "Boston Cream". And should I memorize all the product range? Anyway... she changed incorrect "never touched" 3 donuts with an attitude without an eye contact or a word! It is the first time that I am seeing such rude staff in a Dunkin Donuts! I don't recommend this store and will never go there again.

  Very small in a mall shop.. staff wasn't very polite.. but even though the line went outside the door, the speed of service was great...
