  They had my favorite flavor ice cream pineapple/coconut. Not all Baskin Robbin's have it.

  Very poor service and the workers make their own hours. They decide to close whenever they please at this location. They are supposed to close at 9 and I went there at 8pm and they had already closed up. Terrible location.

  As no bakery exists on City Island, this is a great place to get donuts , muffins and ice cream cakes among other items. Great customer service!

  I think they are changing their staff at the moment, which is great. Some of the old staff members have no work ethics. You can tell which employees are on their game and the ones that are not. I don't want to order from someone who is grumpy or has an attitude. When I see those crew members I just avoid the store that day. But when you get the good ones, the customer experience is great.
