  So this USE to be a really convenient place to go. I don’t know if they changed the staff or who is managing now but it’s upside down my food was half frozen on different occasions. I went in there this morning to order food and the line was extra long and I realized the manager was training someone and I placed my order and waited 15 mins for a 2 for 5$ meal and the new person that was training excuses me of already taking my order already so we exchanged words for a while until the manager finally made my order. I wouldn’t waste my time getting food from here any long.

  I ordered a sandwich yesterday morning and it was half frozen. The place was empty and it was not even busy at the time. Horrible experience at this dunkin donut location.

  Great service, and good listeners. Another place, I said lightly toasted and it was charred black.

  It's fine for cold drinks but when ordering hot tea or coffee, well, they make it flaming hot (too hot to hold). Idk if they even overheat the milk. But for the other stuff, it's just a normal Dunkin.
