  I go to this Dunkin Donuts every day.. Yoel, Mona, are my 2 faves, they know exactly what I want,before I get to the register. The customer service is great.

  Great little shop. Online order was fast and speedy and most importantly correct. The workers wore gloves (unlike some other shops). Happy camper.

  It’s ok for a Dunkin’. Not the cleanest and difficult to park.

  First time in this store in I don't know how long. SERVICE STINKS. HAD TO GO BACK TO COUNTER FOR SANDWICH TO BE CUT IN HALF. HAD TO GO BACK TO COUNTER TO ASK FOR KETCHUP AND WAS TOLD ITS IN CUSTOMER AREA. IF THERE WAS KETCHUP IN THE CUSTOMER AREA I MUST HAVE BEEN BLIND OR STUPID OR BOTH. ----------- NOT COMING BACK TO THIS STORE ANYTIME SOON. P.S. NO GAME PIECES ON LARGE AND EXTRA LARGE COFFEE WHEN ALL OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS HAVE THEM. SEVERAL WORKERS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR AND THEY WORK WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

  About an hour agoI went to this Dunkin Donuts across the street from my hotel. I ordered a large decaf coffee and told the server I wanted it light and sweet. I got back to my room and got out of my street clothes and ready to relax. I opened the coffee and it was dark, not light. I took a chance and sipped it. It was bitter as hell. I doubt if there was any sugar in it at all. Additionally, I think the coffee was sitting in the pot for an hour or so. It certainly was not fresh - and with another 2 hours before closing (shaking my head). My friend also ordered coffee. He wanted a large iced coffee. When he drank it he said there were grounds all in it. The only redeeming feature was that one of my two donuts was kind of fresh. Since I didn't want to Get dressed and go back out again, I wound up making coffee in my hotel room. It was nothing to brag about, but it was definitely better than the Dunkin Donuts at 61 N Village Ave. Just because they are the only place around to get coffee, it is no reason to serve that garbage to their customers.
