  Ice cream and donuts!? Dam!! The only thing is the menu is too crazy!!

  This dunkin is clean but was empty when I walked in for breakfast not that early. My egg muffins and donuts were ok but not very good and not as good as donut bar. Service was very poor. The attendant got my order wrong and gave me a powdered donut instead of a boston creme. I only noticed after I pulled it out of the bag. Then she tried to charge me for another donut because I touched the wrong one she put in the bag. I told her I was not going to pay for another donut; so then she grudgingly gave me the right one without extra charge but threw away the wrong one without offering it free for her mistake-so rude. I then asked for a cup of water after spending $8 on food and she ignored my water request. Bad service and mediocre food means I shall not return.

  Coffee was good, but as I have came to experience throughout the entire state of California, no-one wants to share their bathrooms and because of that I have seen numerous people both homeless and tourists use relieve themselves right on the streets and the smell of urine is ripe and to top that off, I stepped in human feces, the city has issues to say the least.

  Don't bother wasting your time. Unfortunately the staff is unfriendly and a VERY simple order of two iced coffees took over 15 minutes. The man in front of me was overcharged and the employee didn't notice, the customer did. Incredibly disappointed with this joint.
