  There is no signage to show you where the line starts, line forms on the left side of the cashiers and exit thru right. 3 Stars off because there were no signage and took me 10 min to get a single cup of coffee.

  I ordered a cream bagel by mistake. They happily changed it for no charge and let me keep it. Excellent customer service

  The best dunkin donuts ever. Staffs are so good , and the service is the best. I went to one in hillside and little neck parkway couple of times, I feel like I ended up in heaven from hell.....
