  My name is Naaisha Riley This Morning at 2:30 am I went to the Dunkin Donuts located at 601 East Fordham Road in the Bronx, Store number 349896, where I was told that they are closed for business by a young black female on the overnight shift, I asked her so There's no way that i Can have coffee at this time, she stated no. I said that's odd because i always come here around this time every day to get a cup of coffee. I asked and why is this location closed for business, she stated that her boss and the owner told her to close the store for business when i asked the young lady her name she asked me why. I want this company to know that as a company or a Franchise you are false advertising by claiming to be 24 hours on line and from the ad posting out side the store. I just wanted the owner to know that you just lost 3 customers today. very unprofessional and rude workers.. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate.

  The cashier was very rude. She swore a white woman was first. The woman even told her i was first but she didnt believe us. Won't be going back here

  This location is amazing!!❤ I love all of the people that work there!! Very friendly, great customer service!!:) I go there everyday!!:) they consistently make my food & coffee perfect every time!!🤗
