  I am one of the regulars at the store, but since it has gone under new management, they have reduced their selection and didn't even have the Brownie Batter donuts I wanted. They were having a promotion where you could get refills if you brought one of their cups. I happened to bring in the wrong one, and the manager yelled at me like a sixth grader instead of being courteous and telling me to pay regular price or at least get the new cup.
