  You know Dunkin Donuts, so i do not write about the products. But the service at this DD was exceptionally good.

  Poor service and product. I asked for a toasted bagel with butter, assuming the butter would be in a small plastic container like at every other place you would ever order a bagel. Checked the bag when I received the bagel, no plastic tub, so I tried to ask two separate people for butter and both ignored me. Finally got someone's attention, got a small tub of butter, and went back to my desk. Opened the bagel to find it SMOTHERED in what -no joke- looks equal to a stick of butter. A disgusting amount. Please - don't pre-butter bagels like that. It's gross.

  Served by Alondra at this location. Very friendly and provided good recommendations. Def a go to when near Union Station.

  Don't know. Never been there
