  Long drive through lines. Foreigners at drive thru window have hard time understanding you.

  If I could give 0, I would. I placed a mobile order over the phone, and my sister in law was going to go and pick it up. We work in the area, and have been for 5 years. We always went here, sunk a lot of money into this place with all the coffee we bought here, and got treated like we were nothing. They told my sister in law that it wasn't their problem that my order did not come through, meanwhile the money got deducted out of my dunkin app account. She asked for the manager, who was little to no help either. Told her to keep it moving because other people were in the drive-thru, which is false because there were only 2 other cars. I called customer services and demanded a refund and also demanded to be apologized to. If you want people to come back, you should not treat them like garbage. I will NEVER go there, or give them any of my money ever again. This place is half a dump anyway, surprised it is still there.

  They don't have great customer service. I order two boxes of the 50 count munchkin, French vanilla coffee and a vanilla chi.. The cups was dirty and they squeeze all the munchkin all in one box! Crazy!... Never again...

  I like the staff, owner was there, he was barking orders at the staff. Made everyone uncomfortable. Been there lots of time and everyone is always pleasant. First time I see him there. 2 stars removed for bad attidued of owner.

  Fast, fresh, have always managed to get my order right. Most importantly, very convenient location.
